A thirty-odd something female Canadian, been four years since she moved from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Alberta in search of new life and experiences, and has found the mountain/valley view very inspiring. She’s trying desperately to finish an actual novel, since she’s always writing and falling short, so that in time she can brag to her friends that her work is actually on a shelf in stores and not just scattered like swirling galaxies in her room. She is seriously dating a guy with very curly hair, and ruled by her cat. She reads books like fish ‘drink water’, loves the outdoors, is always telling herself to become a practicing pagan, and is always interested in the more occult and esoteric things in life. She prefers to be called Huushi, a shortened form of her online alias, Huushiita.
Her favourite colours are blue and green, she longs for the day where people will be able to accept others for who they are, wishes to wear robes instead of jeans and t-shirts, wants her hair dyed blue, likes all things cute and fuzzy, and worships the Techno Gods.
Her passions are many. They include but are not limited to writing, reading, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Sailor Moon and most things living.
Her interests and hobbies are camping, computers, swimming, video games, biking, hiking and more fun outdoor activities. Blogging is also a hobby of Saturn since she’s been with livejournal.com for the better part of eight years. Deciding she needed to branch out, she decided to purchase her very first domain and blog there as well.
Currently, SaturnFaerie’s obsession is trying to learn more about the world around her, spirituality, and striving to become a better person for herself…. and for the people around her. She holds to the belief of many, taking strings of different faiths to weave her own belief structure, but views herself as a Paganistic Barbarian … whatever that means.
